Each dish pays homage to the beauties of Mother Nature and celebrates our most favourite summertime meals. Think vibrant coloured salad leaves plucked straight from our garden soil with deliciously handsome accompaniments, succulent herb encrusted Scottish salmon, silky soups and tangy slow roasted peaches seeped in sweet wine beneath a tumbling oaty almond cobbler topping. Not to forget a full supporting staff of seasonal sides – because no meal would be complete without them.
From leisurely lunches to show stopping suppers, make the most of the great outdoors and dine alfresco in dappled sun (*fingers crossed*) After all, a little cloud cover will help keep the wine chilled (we have that too!)
