Freeze drying locks in the fabulous flavour and pungency of fresh wasabi. A classic with sushi, fantastic with fish and great with meat. Mix one part powder with one part water to create a paste. Flavour & pungency will develop after 3 - 5 mins and last 30 mins before reducing.
