A spicy addition to our dried sausages. Made, of course, from rare breed pork and flavoured with local guindilla chillies grown for us by Rawdon of Oxfordshire Chilli Garden. Lightly smoked for a deep flavour.

A bit too strong tasting for me.
Pastry could be better; not crisp and had a bitter taste. Filling too dry - needs more jelly.
