Intentionally subtle, so as to never overwhelm the cheese. Flavoured with fragrant rosemary. Serve with Valençay or any goats’ milk cheese.

Love this - a nice change from "ordinary" bread. Soft, tasty and toasts well.
A bit too strong tasting for me.
Pastry could be better; not crisp and had a bitter taste. Filling too dry - needs more jelly.
