We are just about to launch our new vertical farm and with that we are producing a large volume of nutropic, culinary fungi. 

Everyones taking it in powder form. Lions mane is absolutely, thoroughly delicious eaten. You can cut it into steaks, swap it out for a crab in a Lions mane Chowder. 

We're on a big mission to promote it as something you love to eat.

A good amount for a steak- 250g.
