Award winning Herefordshire Cider and Apple Cured Salmon is Macneil's take on gravalax.

This sweet and salty salmon is completely hand produced.

Using traditional gravalax methods, the salmon cures in their unique recipe cure-mix for 7 to 10 days, then its topped with the secret recipe apple & dill powder then "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand.

Their responsibly sourced Scottish salmon is treated with utmost care to maintain its delicate texture and glossy appearance. The sweetness of the apple married with the firmness created by using cider in the cure makes this the perfect starter, canape or sandwich filling.

100g will provide two generous and delicious servings.

This product can be frozen.
