Farmshop

At Applegarth we do everything we can to supply the finest, locally sourced foods that we can. We have a considerable range of foods made either on the premises or by other small regional suppliers.

Bakery

All breads are either sourced from a small bakery 3 miles from Applegarth or baked on the premises. We have everything from a traditional farmhouse loaf to a dark twisted ciabatta with peppers.

Delicatessen counter

Using our farmhouse kitchen to produce a wide range of salads, tarts, quiches, sausage rolls and other wonderful foods, we have a great selection to choose from. Locally made, delicious, giant scotch eggs, pork or chicken pies are delivered to us freshly every Thursday so don't miss out!  We always have a wonderful range of home made salads, the beetroot, sweet corn, coriander and lemon oil is to die for!

Frozen Foods

We have a good range of frozen produce including, ready meals, exceptional desserts and puddings.

Cheeses

When an island like ours produces such exceptional dairy, why look anywhere else? However we do love to stock the exciting variety produced by our neighbours over the sea...!

Fruit  and Vegetables

Sourcing from a number of local suppliers we stock a big range of fruit and vegetables. This year we have started growing a good range of vegetables from our polytunnel, which will be picked throughout the seasons.

Artisan Suppliers

From locally sourced organic mayonnaise to our previous chef’s range of pickles, we have an excellent range of condiments to set off any meal. Many of the products are sourced from local farmers markets and all are of excellent quality.
