Due to the altitude of 550m that the grapes at Mountadam are grown this is a lush but elegant and restrained Shiraz. The vineyard is famed for the Fan Tailed Eagles that sore above it.

Love this - a nice change from "ordinary" bread. Soft, tasty and toasts well.
A bit too strong tasting for me.
Pastry could be better; not crisp and had a bitter taste. Filling too dry - needs more jelly.
