Cerney Ash Goat Pyramid has a fresh mild flavour cheese which develops inot a deeper flavour. Sprinkled with an oak ash and sea salt coating.

A bit too strong tasting for me.
Pastry could be better; not crisp and had a bitter taste. Filling too dry - needs more jelly.
