Made by hand at Applegarth Farm to our family recipe. Plump with soaked fruit, almonds & a hearty splash of brandy. A traditional sphere shape. Serve warm with brandy butter or cream.

Wrapped in muslin and tied with gold ribbon.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

For best results steam or boil in muslin: remove decoration, ribbon, tag and label. Place in a steamer or in a saucepan filled to half the depth of the pudding with water. Cook for 2 hours. Top up with water as required and do not boil dry. Serve with cream, custard or brandy butter.

In a hurry: remove all packaging. Place pudding on a microwavable plate. Cook on full power for 6 minutes 800W. If different please refer to manufacturer’s handbook. Stand for 5 minutes before serving.
