Macneil's raise the temperature in the kiln as they smoke whole sides of salmon with beech wood for a gentle and delicious smokey flavour and carefully top them with their own recipe pepper crust. This method gently cooks the fish as it smokes, then they remove it from the smoker before it begins to dry to allow them to retain the perfect level of moisture in the fish. Portioned in to succulent, ready to eat, steaks and packaged by hand.

Their responsibly sourced Scottish salmon is treated with utmost care to maintain its delicate texture.

Perfect with eggs or as a starter, canapes, or sandwich filler as you can keep it whole or spread it out.
