Makes 4 servings (80ml each) - just add lots of ice, tonic (approx 100ml) and fresh raspberries.

Love this - a nice change from "ordinary" bread. Soft, tasty and toasts well.
A bit too strong tasting for me.
Pastry could be better; not crisp and had a bitter taste. Filling too dry - needs more jelly.
