Mozzarella made from buffalo milk. A fresh tender cheese with a springy texture and a good depth of flavour. Good for summer salads and for melting on pizzas. Made using traditional methods in Italy.

Love this - a nice change from "ordinary" bread. Soft, tasty and toasts well.
A bit too strong tasting for me.
Pastry could be better; not crisp and had a bitter taste. Filling too dry - needs more jelly.
