Made from maize flour, soya bran and tapioca, it is wheat free, gluten free and dairy free. It has a toasty flavour and is thin and crunchy and a great addition to the range

Love this - a nice change from "ordinary" bread. Soft, tasty and toasts well.
A bit too strong tasting for me.
Pastry could be better; not crisp and had a bitter taste. Filling too dry - needs more jelly.
